Beta terms

Terms for the Heyviber public beta

These terms describe the current project publishing, feedback, moderation, and manual expert-help beta. Last updated 16 August 2026.

01

A changing beta

Heyviber is an early service. Features, limits, content visibility, and availability can change, and interruptions or errors are possible.

02

Your content and responsibility

You keep your rights in content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it and for keeping secrets and unsuitable personal data out of public fields.

03

No platform payments yet

Heyviber does not currently process payments or automatically form an agreement between a builder and a developer. Early expert-help requests are handled manually.

Operator and agreement

The Heyviber public beta is operated by Verstos Oy (Business ID 3429381-6), Finland. By creating an account or using the beta, you agree to these terms for your use of Heyviber.

Using the beta

01

Use a real account responsibly

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and use Heyviber only in ways allowed by applicable law and these terms. Do not impersonate another person or organization.

02

Do not abuse the service

Do not submit spam, harassment, scams, malware, security exploits, unlawful content, confidential material, or content that infringes another party’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

03

The beta is not an assurance service

A project page, suggestion, vote, report status, developer profile, or Launch Review request is not a security certification, legal or professional opinion, endorsement, or promise that a product is production-ready.

Projects, suggestions, and ownership

01

Publish only what you may represent

You may publish a project only when you own it or have clear authority to represent it. You remain responsible for the project, its claims, its external website, and compliance with third-party terms.

02

You retain your rights

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Heyviber the limited permission needed to store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and make that content available through the service while it is hosted.

03

Suggestions are public contributions

A suggestion may be visible publicly, attributed to its author, voted on, and classified by the project owner. Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of the project or require the owner to implement or compensate the suggestion.

Moderation and account action

Project owners can hide low-quality or inappropriate suggestions from their own pages. Heyviber can review reports and may hide or remove content, restrict features, archive projects, or suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, service quality, rights protection, legal requirements, or beta operation. A report does not guarantee a particular decision or response time.

Expert help and commercial work

The current Launch Review and expert-help flow stores a request for manual follow-up. There is no automatic matching, checkout, escrow, or platform payment. Any scope, price, schedule, confidentiality, ownership, warranty, or other commercial term must be agreed separately before work begins. Do not treat submitting a request as acceptance of an offer.

Availability, external links, and changes

01

Beta availability

Heyviber is provided as an evolving public beta. Continuous availability, error-free operation, preservation of every draft, or suitability for a particular purpose is not promised. Keep your own copy of important project material.

02

External services

Projects, screenshots, developer profiles, Beehiiv product pages, and other links can lead to services Heyviber does not control. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them.

03

Terms and feature changes

Features and these terms can be updated as the beta develops. A material update will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to later use.

Leaving or contacting Heyviber

You can stop using the service at any time. To request account or content deletion, report a rights concern, or ask about these terms, email [email protected]. Removal can require review where public contributions, other users’ records, safety, backups, or applicable obligations are involved. Finnish law applies to these terms, without limiting mandatory protections or rights that apply to you under your local law.
